Good News
Hangover subsiding.
Feelings of euphoria, exhilaration, relief and huge gratitude still present.
(along with tiny, nagging suspicion that there's been some mistake...)

We are four writers — two Brits and two Canucks — journeying together on the road to publication. Since we started this blog, two of us have made it!
Synopsis:
Agnes Frump has spent every moment of her thirty-one years outrunning her horrendous moniker. But push-up bras and hip music producing jobs can’t undo her orphan Annie red hair and Alfalfa freckles—nor can they make her best friend, Dillon McKenzie see her as anything but his buddy.
A midnight walk, a fateful fall, the discovery of a magic lamp, and Aggie's priorities shift...click to read more.
Awarded 4 1/2 stars by The Romance Studio, a 5-book rating from The Long and Short of It blog, and voted "Favorite Book of the Month" and featured on the Find a Great Romance blog for the month of July.

Synopsis:
On the surface Angelo Emiliano looks more like a golden surfer boy than a billionaire property tycoon, but beneath his blond, bronzed exterior lies a heart of ice. Abandoned as a baby and brought up in a convent orphanage, he has fought for everything he owns. The only people Angelo hates more than idle, privileged aristocrats who have had everything handed to them on a plate are idle, misguided eco-warriors who go out of their way to make his life difficult. As far as rebellious Lady Roseanna Delafield goes, this is fairly bad news...click to read more.

You're not dreaming, Imogen! It HAS happened, just as we all knew it would! Congratulations! Whoopee!
Shouldn't we throw a party?!
OMG!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!! How can you sound so calm? YOU'VE DONE IT!!!! MEGA congratulations Imogen, you deserve it.
So... when's the party?
Sue :-)
OMG. Imogen. That is soooooooo excellent!!!! You are a complete star, though of course incredibly naughty to not supply us with any of the details. Well done and when hangover has subsided, can you please tell us more?!!!!! Hooray!
That is completely INCREDIBLE!! Your an inspiration to all of us!
Congratulations!!!!
OMG! Oh My God!!!!! OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!! This is fantastic news!!!! Oh My God!!!
So when's the launch party? I have the shoes ready, y'know!
Seriously, if anybody deserves this it's you. I'm soooo happy for you xxx
THANK YOU!!
It's so, so great to read all of your congratulations and makes me go all marshmallowy inside (unless that's still the hangover...)
Details will follow-- or edited details. As I said to Eva I think it's very much like when you've just had a baby and you insist on boring everyone you meet with a blow by blow account of the birth, while failing to notice people's eyes glazing over.
Thank you again. xxx
Congratulations! I am sooooooo pleased for you!

I cannot believe I was away when this news broke! But what fantastic news to come home to. WELL DONE, IMOGEN! Now you really will be 'successfully published' - in a book, with words and chapters and your name on the cover, and - well - everything! Sincerest congratulations. And that comes from the bloke in the shed too!
Ahhh! Annie's back! Now we really can have a party. (Although someone keep her away from the Bacardi Breezers... Before we know it she'll be singing 'I will survive' and asking Michelle Styles' gladiator over there to do the conga with her.)Thank you Annie-- we've missed you! x
Ah, yes. 'A book with my name on the cover...' Not quite, and there's a story there, but it can wait until we've drunk the champagne and sobered up again. Tonight, for one night only, I shall remain as Imogen!
Thank you for coming by Carole! As you've been forced to listen in person to me moaning at length recently about revisions, motivation etc etc, and been polite enough not to fall asleep I think the least I can do is pour you a glass of cyber champagne... Or three.
Blimey. Now you've got me wondering about the name thing! And I won't be at the meet on Tuesday to celebrate with you so I'm all frustrated and wishing I wasn't going away!
Congratulations!!!
Congratulations!!!
Thank you both-- and many congratulations to you too Michelle! It's so nice to 'meet' you as we start out on this journey together!
Congratulations Imogen/India! It's wonderful news. You must feel awesome!
